Refunds & Returns

At Vapei, looking after customers is our first priority. We have kept our returns and refund policies very transparent.

On very rare occasions, a faulty item may slip through our stringent quality checks and make its way to you. First of all please accept our apologies if that happens and notify us immediately via e-mail at:sales@vapei.comor

by calling us at our Customer Service: 0333 121 0001.

At this point, a member of vapei family will take you through some troubleshooting process to see if the problem can be resolved, if the issue cannot be resolved at home we will arrange for a full refund or replacement product.

Returns-Cancel order

In the event of wrong order , products can be returned or exchanged providing its still in its original packaging and unopened. Customer might be liable for the postage charges. 

Returns would not be accepeted if the products been opened and not in its original packaging. Due to the nature of products we sell we can't except returns of opened or used products.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund the following key terms apply:

  • No refunds can be granted more than 14 days after date of receipt
  • Refunds are only available on our Starter kits, Classic kits, Pro kits. Not for cartridges, clearamisors, e-liquids and accessories. Due to Health and safety and Nature of the product.
  • We cannot provide a refund of the product if it is damaged and you did not report before the 14 days of receipt.
  • The product must be returned in an un-damaged condition in the original packaging.
  • In the case of product been damaged in transit would be exchanged at no extra cost to customer providing customer notify us either by phone or e.mail on the day of delivery recieved.
  • Please note any hardware’s need to be free from surface damage.
  • The warranty does not cover the shipping outside the UK.

Please don’t send anything without contacting sales@vapei.com first. We will send you a return form prior to you sending the faulty products back.

How to Return an Item

  • Contact sales@vapei.com within the 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Include the return form with your package (the address and the form will be supplied by Vapei).
  • Obtain proof of postage or send the item recorded delivery, you are responsible for the item until we receive it.
  • Once we receive the item we shall check the contents and issue a refund or replacement.
  • On the receipt of the faulty item we will notify you.

Please Note:All returns should only be sent after a member of Vapei team provides you with a confirmation code and details of the distribution centre address where you will be required to send the item/items.

Vapei cartridge refills, e-liquids and clearamisors and accessories are consumable items and are not sold any other warranty due to health and safety reasons.
